Rare Vintage TransitionalSea Dweller 16660This is one of the very first triple sixes to be produced after the 1665, circa 1980's. The 600*** serial number means this watch would have originally had a matte dial, although this was changed during a Rolex service to it's current tritium gloss dial. It could be changed back. The hands match the tritium dial perfectly. It only has one Rolex crown on its caseback. This particular watch is in superb condition with a very crisp case and tight 93160 Oyster bracelet. A very rare watch indeed and becoming very collectable. This watch has just returned from a full service and has NO box or papers. (Ref. 237) £SOLD |
